Refund and Exchange Policy

Online Hafeez Center will always try to provide you quality product at your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. For better service we are offering Refund and Exchange Policy with the following conditions.  

  • Customer has to initiate complaint within 24hrs after receiving parcel on mentioned numbers on Website.
  • We will offer return in case of wrongly delivered products only.
  • Return in case of change of mind is not acceptable.
  • We will not entertain exchange for the product(Delivered according to order) which has the compatibility issues with your device.  
  • Exchange is only possible in case of damaged products delivered by us
    • Exchange is acceptable only when customer will provide package’s unpacking/unboxing video.
